Artist's Description
This Hibiscus Rosa-sinensis are from my grandmother and been my companion since the fifthies. Hibiscus Pride of Hankins Double Fuschia Pink has beautiful deep forest green glossy foliage with a dense, tight growth habit. The flowers are double with a slightly ruffled edge and very dense , tight, and often have triple layers of petals, (hence the nick name Carnation ) in a hue of neon fuchsia pink. Long, yellow, pollen covered stamens that are a hallmark of most tropical hibiscus protrude from rich maroon red throats.
